These terms govern your use of AgendaWire (“the Service”), a monitoring tool that surfaces items from public government meeting agendas across the Dallas–Fort Worth region. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the Service is

The Service crawls publicly posted agendas, packets, and related documents, classifies items against topics you choose, and delivers alerts. It is an awareness tool, not a system of record.

Not legal advice

Alerts and summaries are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or delayed. The official posting maintained by each jurisdiction is always the authoritative record. Nothing here constitutes legal advice; verify any item against the source before relying on it.

Accounts and billing

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the period paid.

Acceptable use

Do not resell raw alert feeds, attempt to overload the Service, or use it to interfere with any government website. We monitor only public records.

Changes
