Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we collect what we need to run your account and deliver alerts, and nothing we monitor about governments is private — it is already public record.

What we collect

• Account data — your name and email, handled through our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Watchlist configuration — the topics, jurisdictions, and thresholds you set.
• Product analytics — aggregate page views, pages visited and referring campaign parameters, and product usage events (PostHog), plus error telemetry (Sentry) to improve reliability.
• Billing — handled by Stripe; we never store full card details.

What we send you

Transactional alert emails and digests are delivered through Resend based on your alert subscriptions and optional summary preferences. You can pause or delete subscriptions at any time.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal data. The agenda content we process is drawn solely from public government sources.

You can export or delete your account data on request. Contact hello@agendawire.com and we will respond promptly.
