A public body posts the agenda before it acts on what is in it. That window is the whole point of watching the source: the item is already public, and still open, ahead of the vote.
Automated license plate reader (ALPR or LPR) proposals, purchases, leases, subscriptions, grants, contract renewals, camera placement and right-of-way agreements, networked police surveillance camera systems, retention and sharing policies, audits, privacy and oversight reviews, briefings, and public comment can qualify when the record ties the action to police surveillance; body-worn cameras, traffic-enforcement cameras, facility security cameras, consumer doorbell cameras, and wildlife or livestock cameras do not qualify on their own.
